1. Cycle to Changi Village or Marina Barrage

One of the most popular activity to do in East Coast Park is cycling along the stretch of 15 km park connector, stretching from Changi to Marina. And if you didn’t own a bicycle, you can easily rent one from any bike rental shop in East Coast Park. Cycling along the coast is the perfect thing to do on a chill day, as you can feel the sea breeze brush against your face and brighten your mood through this relaxing exercise.
2. 3.6M deep vertical bowl At Xtreme SkatePark
Xtreme SkatePark has many unique features for both beginner and advanced skaters, this includes the combo bowl and a 3.5m deep vertical bowl. It is the largest skatepark that spans across 1.4 hectares, which is approximately the size of two football fields. Even if you don’t skate, the skatepark is still a great spot to hang out and watch the experts do their amazing stunts.

3. Wakeboarding at Singapore Wake Park
Always wanted to try out surfing or snowboarding? Unfortunately, we cannot enjoy these extreme sports in Singapore. Cable skiing is the closest we have in Singapore. Wakeboarding is a water sport that allows you to surf on a wakeboard whilst being towed by a cable system. This attraction features three different cable system courses, ranging from beginner, intermediate and full-sized courses. All equipment and gear will be provided and rates start from $50 per hour for each rider.

4. Family day at Marine Cove Playground
Marine Cove Playground is a haven to all children. With a 3,500sqm playground, it has a range of play equipment suitable for children of various ages, such as swings, rope bridges, a rock-climbing wall and a three-storey play tower that looks like a lighthouse. With over 80 BBQ pits available across areas B to G at East Coast Park. You can arrange for a class outing or a family outing by booking East Coast Park BBQ pits for $12 to $20 daily. We recommend booking the BBQ pits along area B and C, where you can find eateries and activities to do. If you forget to buy anything, it will be just walking distance to the nearest supermarket at Marine Parade.

There are no MRT access to East Coast Park now, but this will change with the new Thomson-East Coast Line in 2023

East Coast Park is accessible via the East Coast Parkway (ECP) and East Coast Service Road with about 10 car parks in total. Make sure you have decided where you’re heading and find the nearest car park.
