Cooked Skewers
The skewers will then be delivered to your table when cooked, so you just have to patiently wait for them to deliver the skewers over.
Crab Stick
The crab stick was expertly deep-fried, boasting a delightful light crisp that enhanced its mouthfeel. Although the marinate lent a slightly salty flavor, it harmoniously complemented the taste of the crab stick.
Enoki with Pork Belly
The combination of enoki mushrooms and pork belly was a culinary delight, as the crunchy texture of the enoki complemented the crisp and bacon-like flavor of the pork belly.
Oyster Mushroom
The oyster mushroom offered a perfect balance of flavor and crunch, harmoniously combining to create a satisfying taste and texture.
Bee Hiang
The bee hiang was one of the highlights with it tasting really awesome and was one of the dishes we really liked. The outer layer was really crispy whilst the inside was nice and soft and had a lot of flavour due to the paste. The marinate added a depth of flavour that mixed well with the paste and within and enhanced the flavour of the skewer.
Quail Eggs
The delicately fried quail eggs, although familiar, maintained their delightful flavor and texture, ensuring a satisfying experience reminiscent of classic quail eggs.
King Oyster Mushroom
The king oyster mushroom looked a little on the sad side as it looked all shrunken and shriveled. However, taste and texture was alright as the flavour coated the mushroom nicely and it had a crisp outer layer whilst the inner mushroom was soft and tender.
Black Pepper Chicken
The black pepper chicken skewer showcased an intriguing flavor that piqued our interest, while maintaining a wonderfully soft and tender texture even after being fried. It’s a dish that definitely deserves a try and adds variety to the dining experience.
Crispy Fish Beancurd
The beancurd was expertly prepared with layers of flavorful marinade that added a delightful crispiness and satisfying mouthfeel. Although it leaned slightly on the saltier side, the texture and overall taste still made it an enjoyable dish worth savoring.
