I began my culinary journey with their Fried Wanton Noodle, the dish comprised a bed of mee kia topped with slices of char siew, fried wanton, steamed wanton, green veggies, and a serving of pickled green chili. The fried wanton, delightfully crispy and packed with flavorful minced pork, was an excellent start.

The noodles, cooked to perfection, absorbed the sauce’s flavors like a sponge. The aromatic lard oil and crispy pork lard added a delightful crunch, while the heat from the chili enhanced the overall experience. The lean and tender char siew with its smoky bits on the surface maintained its rich flavor. The steamed wanton, light as a cloud and filled with impeccable meat, complemented the dish perfectly.
