1. Jypsy
If you are expecting the usual fried seafood baskets at Jypsy, this place feels like the cool cousin who turns up with better taste and a sea breeze to match. Tucked into Parkland Green at East Coast Park, it draws cyclists parking their bikes, dog owners lingering over brunch, and families settling in after a long walk by the water. I grew up on weekend food hunts with my parents, and this spot brings back that same thrill of discovering something familiar yet exciting, Japanese flavours tuned to beachside cravings.
The Jypsy Salmon Tacos steal the spotlight. Crisp shells cradle fresh salmon, ikura pops with briny sweetness, and the wasabi mayo wakes the palate without overpowering it. Midway through the meal, the Tiger Prawn & Crab Gyoza arrive sizzling, their delicate skins begging to be dipped into the rich lobster bisque. I have overheard more than one neighbouring table debating a second round. The Nest of Fries quietly does its job too, golden and addictive, ideal for sharing while watching the crowd roll by. Here, park dining feels polished, playful, and comfortably relaxed.

2. PS.Cafe
Walking into PS.Cafe East Coast Park always brings a small sense of gratitude, especially after a long cycle past families spreading picnic mats and children racing along the path. Inside, the mood softens. It feels like a calm, polished pause set gently within East Coast Park’s cheerful bustle.
The PS Burger is the first thing I would thank them for. Thick, juicy, and properly seared, it comes with a soft bun that holds its shape even when you arrive ravenous from the beach. It is hearty without tipping into excess. At the next table, two cyclists quietly debated ordering a second to share, which felt like endorsement enough.
For something lighter but still comforting, the laksa sits in a sweet spot. The broth is creamy and fragrant, neatly refined, with a measured spice that warms without overwhelming. As the sea breeze moves through the open space, it feels especially right. Most tables seem to end the same way, with the Double Chocolate Blackout Cake placed in the centre, as if by silent agreement. Growing up, my parents favoured places where we could linger. PS.Cafe carries that same rhythm, steady and reassuring, and a reminder that Siglap’s food scene is worth slowing down for, not simply cycling past.

3. St. Marc Bakery & Bar
The clink of cutlery and the soft hiss from the pastry ovens set the rhythm here, especially on weekends when cyclists wander in still sandy from the beach. At St. Marc Bakery & Bar, I always slow down. It feels like a pause button along East Coast Park, with families sharing desserts and joggers hovering around the pastry counter. The room carries an easy warmth, helped along by the steady flow of regulars who seem perfectly at home.
The Chococro is the obvious star. Warm and flaky, it gently shatters at the edges, with molten chocolate that smells faintly bittersweet. I catch myself smiling the way I did when my parents first took me café hopping as a kid. If you arrive properly hungry, the Portobello Wagyu Burger delivers real heft, juicy with charred edges that feel earned after a long cycle ride. I usually end by sharing the Little Fuji parfait, its matcha, azuki, and mochi layers melting slowly as children nearby argue over the last spoonful. This easy mix of indulgence and park life makes a stop here quietly satisfying.

4. Jumbo Seafood 珍宝海鲜
I still remember bringing my parents here on a breezy evening bike ride at East Coast Park, when the sun was melting into the sea and everyone around us was already cracking shells with bare hands and happy abandon. Jumbo Seafood carries a celebratory energy that feels instantly familiar. Big tables spill with families, sandy flip-flops are tucked under chairs, and queues swell just as the sky turns orange. There is a sense that everyone has arrived for the same reason, to linger, eat well, and let the evening stretch out.
The Chilli Crab is the obvious star. Glossy, thick gravy clings to plump crab meat, sweet and spicy without turning watery, and ideal for dunking mantou until fingers are stained red. I always notice how first-timers fall quiet for a moment, then grin. The Black Pepper Crab follows with a fiercer, more aromatic punch, its cracked pepper heat building steadily as cyclists roll past outside. For a lighter pause between crabs, the Cereal Prawn fits naturally, crisp, buttery, and oddly addictive. With the sea breeze, family chatter, and that unmistakable East Coast hum, this meal feels like something many locals grow into and return to, again and again.

5. East Coast Commune
It is always amusing spotting tourists with rented bikes hovering outside East Coast Commune, whispering that the café looks cute. They are not wrong. Tucked between families unpacking picnic mats and children wobbling on scooters, this all-day café feels like a calm pause amid the buzz of East Coast Park. I stopped by after a coastal walk with a notebook in hand and found myself thinking of weekend outings with my parents, when food was always the main event and time moved a little slower.
The CharMee Pasta is the clear standout. Linguine is slicked in black garlic oil, with smoky house-smoked barramundi flaking gently through each bite. Pickled tomatoes cut through the richness with just enough lift. It tastes familiar, yet quietly clever. For something more indulgent, the Four Cheese Waffles arrive with crisp edges and a mellow savoury depth that never tips into excess. They are an easy brunch favourite I watched being shared across tables. Even the Salmon Bagel draws steady approval from cyclists refuelling mid-ride. Places like this give the park its rhythm. Not just a pit stop, but somewhere worth lingering.

6. Patro’s Sports Bar & Restaurant
Calling it a sports bar almost undersells the mood at Patro’s Sports Bar & Restaurant. After a long cycle along East Coast Park, this feels less like a pit stop and more like a proper reward, complete with air-conditioning and a sea breeze drifting in from Parkland Green. Helmet-toting cyclists mingle with Marine Parade regulars, glasses clink, and the cheers from a live match rise and fall in the background. It is relaxed, social, and easy to settle into.
The Butter Chicken Tacos are the clear standout and the reason I would happily detour here again. Soft tortillas cradle creamy, spiced chicken with a faint smokiness, rich but never jelak, and confidently balanced. The Paneer Quesadillas follow closely, with stretchy cheese pulls and gently tangy paneer that feel thoughtfully handled. I would also add the Chicken Tikka to the table, charred, juicy, and dependable, especially when sharing after the beach. In a park better known for hawker staples, this is a sit-down option with flavour and staying power.

7. Kebab Station
Skip the usual fried bites and seafood grills. When I am cycling through Parkland Green and need something more grounding, I make a beeline for Kebab Station. The smoky aroma hits before you even spot the counter, mingling with sea breeze and the chatter of families unhelmeting after a ride. It brings back memories of how my parents loved steering us toward something different on weekend food adventures.
The Lamb Adana Kebab is the clear standout. Juicy minced lamb is boldly spiced, grilled until the edges char just right, then served with rice and salad. It is filling enough to properly refuel after a long park day. I usually share a Spinach Pide as well. The wood fired crust is fluffy yet crisp, carrying a herby green freshness that feels lighter than it looks. For something more restrained and handheld, the Chicken Kebab Burger quietly delivers, messy, warm, and satisfying. In a park filled with predictable eats, this Turkish stop makes East Coast Park’s food scene feel genuinely worth lingering for.

8. Long Beach UDMC Seafood Restaurant
The sea breeze here feels a little saltier, carrying the crackle of shells and peppery aromas drifting across East Coast Seafood Centre. Walking toward Long Beach UDMC Seafood Restaurant, I was reminded of family dinners by the coast, the kind where sleeves get rolled up and everyone leans in closer to the lazy susan. The room hums with easy confidence. Regulars know exactly what they are here for, and the kitchen moves with the calm assurance of long practice.
The undisputed star is the Black Pepper Crab, glossy with thick, aromatic sauce that clings stubbornly to sweet crab meat. It is fiery, bold, and deeply savoury, with that unmistakable wok hei punch that explains why tables around us were happily messy, fingers shiny, conversation loud. The Chili Crab follows with gentler charm, its rich, eggy sauce balanced between sweetness and heat, ideal for dunking mantou while cyclists whizz past outside. Almost quietly addictive are the Cereal Prawns, crisp and buttery with fragrant cereal bits that keep you reaching back. With sea views, loyal regulars, and recipes honed over decades, this corner of East Coast Park remains one of the most satisfying places to eat by the water.

9. Tash Tish Tosh
Just a short stroll from the cycling path at East Coast Park near Marine Cove, this is the kind of place you spot by following the smell of spices and the crowd of sandy-footed diners wiping sweat from a good ride. Tash Tish Tosh always feels buzzy in the early evening. Families spread out, cyclists linger in helmets, and kids negotiate earnestly for fries. I grew up coming to East Coast Park with my parents, and it still makes me happy to see food pulling everyone back to the same table.
The must-order is the TTT Red Bone Tulang, slow-cooked until the meat slips off with a gentle tug. The marrow is rich and glossy, soaked in a spice-laced gravy that begs for bread or fingers. The Bomb Wings come next, crisp on the outside and molten with cheese inside, a favourite among regulars who know exactly how messy they are willing to get. I also like sharing the Cream Seafood Basil Pasta, creamy and herbaceous, especially after a long seaside walk. For bold, halal comfort food with a beachfront breeze, this spot delivers with reassuring consistency.

10. High Tide Bistro and Bar
Food at East Coast Park has always felt like part of my identity growing up in Pasir Ris, with salty air, clinking cutlery, and families lingering longer than planned. High Tide Bistro and Bar fits neatly into that rhythm. Tucked within Passion Wave, it is a breezy spot where cyclists lean their bikes nearby, dogs snooze under tables, and conversations drift easily between paddle sessions and dinner plans. The setting feels lived-in and relaxed, shaped by sea air and unhurried evenings rather than trend chasing.
The Chargrilled Tiger Prawns are the clear star, smoky from the grill, sweet and juicy inside, and dressed simply with olive oil and herbs that let the seafood speak for itself. Each bite feels carefully timed rather than rushed. The Chicken Tikka Platter follows closely, tandoor-charred, gently spiced, and generous enough for sharing, with flavours that echo long family dinners where everyone reaches for one more piece. Even the Satay Club lands with quiet confidence, its familiar peanut sauce and tender skewers grounding the menu in East Coast comfort. It is this blend of sea breeze, dependable cooking, and everyday pleasure that keeps the park’s food culture enduring and deeply personal.

11. Coastal Rhythm
Plastic chairs scrape gently across the deck, bikes lean against railings, and everyone seems to be eating with sandy feet at ****, tucked right beside the lagoon at ****. I ended up here after cycling past one too many seafood signs, craving something comforting but still breezy. It is the kind of place my parents would happily settle into while watching the water, unhurried and content. The crowd feels easy and familiar, a mix of cyclists, families, and friends lingering long after their plates are cleared.
The Mac and Cheese is the obvious star, thick, unapologetically cheesy, with every macaroni coated so generously it feels like a warm hug after a salty ride. Around me, groups shared it straight from the pan, without a hint of restraint. The Nasi Lemak brings a sambal punch that is smoky and bold, designed for park goers who want flavour without fuss. The Coastal Burger quietly satisfies with a juicy patty and sweet savoury chutney, best enjoyed between bites of sea air. Coastal Rhythm works because it understands East Coast Park’s rhythm. It is active, communal, and best enjoyed by lingering a little longer than planned.

12. Enak Enak Restaurant
During exam season at uni, this stretch of East Coast Park was where my brain always wandered. Salty air, cycling bells, and the promise of a proper meal after a long day of notes. At Enak Enak Restaurant, the crowd tells you everything. Families linger over dinner, cyclists refuel, and aunties are already planning takeaway. The Enak Enak Chilli Crab is the obvious star. Thick, glossy sauce clings to sweet crab meat, spicy and savoury without going overboard, and deeply comforting when eaten with fried mantou as the sea breeze rolls in.
Between cracking shells, I always sneak in their Golden Sand Buns, warm and pillowy with a molten salted egg centre that makes nearby tables pause mid conversation. The Chicken Satay is more understated but dependable, smoky, juicy, and easy to share while watching the park lights come on. Growing up with parents who loved exploring food together, places like this feel familiar. It explains why East Coast Park’s food scene keeps pulling people back. Relaxed, generous, and made for long, happy meals by the sea.

13. Lux Cove Seafood 富景
As the sun dips and couples start claiming sea-facing tables after an East Coast Park stroll, Lux Cove Seafood hums with low chatter and the clink of hotpot ladles. It is the kind of place you linger a little longer. I came with my parents after a breezy bike ride, notebook in hand, and we began with the Alaskan King Crab. Lowered gently into a bubbling Cantonese-style broth, the meat stayed sweet and springy, soaking up savoury depth without losing its ocean freshness. Around us, families debated crab sizes while regulars nodded knowingly. This is clearly the indulgence people save for.
To pace the meal, we shared the Sashimi Platter, cleanly sliced and glistening, a cool contrast to the steam drifting from neighbouring tables. Even the New Zealand Black Gold Abalone, slipped into the hotpot later, impressed with its buttery, melt-away bite and quiet richness. With steady dinner queues and a sea view that softens the night, Lux Cove shows why East Coast Park’s food scene is worth dressing up for. The mood is relaxed, the portions generous, and the experience feels confidently, comfortably special.

14. Fico
If East Coast Park were a group chat, Fico would be the friend who casually drops a Michelin mention and still turns up in slippers. Tucked along the cycling path at East Coast Park, with joggers streaming past and families easing into sunset dinners, this is where park food suddenly feels very Italian. The setting stays relaxed, the crowd is unmistakably local, and the confidence shows through cooking rather than theatrics.
The San Marzano Tomatoes Focaccina sets the tone. An airy semolina base crackles lightly under the knife, topped with sweet tangy tomatoes and milky bufala. It is the kind of simplicity that rewards attention and lingers in memory. The Burnt Wheat Balanzoni follows with smoky grano arso depth, its pasta pillows rich yet restrained, a quiet flex among the usual East Coast Park carbs. For something heartier, the Grilled Pork Collar arrives pink and juicy, glossed with an umami forward sauce. With cyclists queuing and regulars returning for comfort, Fico proves the park is worth lingering in long after the ride ends.

15. ARFC
If you are spice shy, ARFC might make you sweat, but in the best post park kind of way. After cycling past Parkland Green a dozen times, I finally stopped in, drawn by the sound of clinking cutlery and tables of families still wearing cycling helmets. The Seafood Mee Goreng is the star for good reason. Glossy noodles are slicked in sambal, with prawns and squid tossed through proper wok hei. The heat builds steadily while the sea breeze keeps things balanced. It is the kind of dish that proves spice equals flavour, just as my parents always insisted.
If you want something equally bold but smokier, the Penang Char Kway Teow delivers charred edges and generous seafood. I overheard regulars debating whether it beats their usual hawker stall. For something calmer, the Tuna Melt slips in quietly with crisp toast and gooey cheese, deeply comforting after a long walk. With sea views, weekend buzz, and food that satisfies real appetites, eating at East Coast Park never gets old.

16. Brewerkz
Silky beer batter, sticky barbecue glaze, and a salty sea breeze, lunch at Brewerkz feels indulgent in the most beach-appropriate way. After cycling past families unpacking picnic mats and kids wobbling by on scooters, this al fresco spot is where the chatter softens into clinks of pint glasses and the smell of fried batter drifts toward the sand.
The Golden Ale Fish & Chips is the clear star. Crackly yet light, the beer batter sighs apart to reveal flaky fish that tastes clean, not oily, exactly what I crave after a long East Coast walk. The Meat Lovers Pizza is a dependable crowd-pleaser, stacked generously and meant for sharing when parents and kids sprawl across tables post-beach. I usually sneak in the Half Rack Baby Back Ribs too, quietly memorable with a smoky-sweet glaze and fall-off-the-bone ease. Growing up in the east, places like this explain why East Coast Park eats so well. The rhythm is relaxed, the portions generous, and the best way to enjoy it is slowly, with sand still clinging to your slippers.

17. East Coast Lagoon Food Village
Regulars here have a quiet trick: cycle first, queue later, because by 5pm the sea breeze is already carrying sambal smoke and everyone is lining up at East Coast Lagoon Food Village. I grew up tagging along on family food adventures, and this place still feels like a small reward after a long ride. Sandy slippers scrape the ground, beer bottles clink, kids sprawl across benches while aunties guard tables with hawk eyes. The atmosphere does half the work before the food even arrives.
The Hokkien Mee is my star order. Glossy noodles tangle with squid and prawns, hit hard with wok hei but never greasy, with a squeeze of lime cutting through the richness. Around you, cyclists debate stall loyalty while waiting, which is always a good sign. Midway through the meal, the BBQ Stingray lands on the table, flaky and moist beneath a thick, tangy sambal that smells smoky before you touch it. It stays reliable even during peak crowds, which says a lot. Almost as an afterthought, a few sticks of satay appear, juicy and lightly charred, ideal for nibbling as the sky darkens. Dinner here feels like a shared seaside ritual, not just a meal.

How to Get to East Coast Park
Previously, East Coast Park was not directly accessible by MRT. This changed with the opening of the Thomson–East Coast Line (TEL), which now serves the East Coast area.
You can alight at nearby TEL stations such as Marine Parade, Tanjong Katong, or Marine Terrace, then walk, cycle, or take a short bus ride into the park depending on which area you are visiting.
East Coast Park is easily accessible via the East Coast Parkway (ECP) and East Coast Service Road.
There are around 10 car parks spread across the park (Car Park A to H and beyond).
💡 Tip: Decide which attraction or area you’re heading to first (e.g. Marine Cove, Parkland Green, Big Splash), then park at the nearest car park to minimise walking.
For taxis or Grab rides, simply choose the nearest car park to your intended destination within the park.
Your driver can drop you directly at that car park entrance for the most convenient access.
